I just wanted to recognize your employee, Robert B. for his awesome customer service. Yesterday I called in and he was able to answer ALL my necessary questions, and he was kind and understanding and very helpful. He should be recognized for his abilities, and I really believe he is management material !! I asked to speak to a supervisor, as I am dealing with customer service alot in my workplace, he is definitely helpful and an asset to your company. ( I put a notation in out file so if I have to call again I will ask for him….)
Im sure we both agree that customer service has been going downhill in many areas over the last few years and I just wanted him to know he really made a difference. So, thank you Robert, for what you bring to Santa Rosa Recycling! It’s refreshing!

I just wanted to give some recognition to a great employee of your company named Stacey Allen. She has gone our of her way to help me with an overpayment issue I had and its really rare to find someone trying hard to be helpful and do a good job when you have an issue. I really appreciated how quickly she helped me and followed up and tried to do her best to get my issue resolved. Wanted to let you know she’s doing a great job. Thank you.

My husband and I are newly weds and are still figuring out who’s turn it is for cleaning the litter box and taking out the trash. Well, we are planning to have some company on the weekend and both made a comment like, “I’m going to make sure that we put out the trash. It would suck if we forgot.” to which there was an answer, “Ehh, don’t worry we’ll remember. We. Always.Do.” (said in slow motion on the re-play) Yeah. Real smart.
In my disbelief the next morning there were our full-to-the-brim cans smiling at me at 8am. As my sleepy brain sorted out that this was Wednesday morning (the day we usually wake up to empty bins, no way!) I’m pretty sure I heard a “Nah nah nah nah nah” taunt lilting on the wind. I was crushed, as I remembered our company and how we would all get to enjoy seeing our trash pile as they enter our home.
Our sincere Thank You goes here: Thank you for taking my call and for being so pleasant and patient on the phone as I explained that I might be the first idiot with the audacity to think they could call in and have the trash magically picked up at a later time. Not only did you say I wasn’t alone, but that for a very reasonable fee we could have our trash picked up in the next 24 hours. (Whew!! Best news I’ve heard in a while!) Also, a very relieved Thank You goes to our hero driver who saved our weekend and came back around to get the trash/recycling we so sheepishly wheeled out at 8:30am. I am sure you don’t hear it enough as most of us are sleeping when you do your route- but you are amazing! Thanks for doing what you do!

Cary, Thank you for e-mailing me with your supervisors name and contact information. As I said on the phone this morning, the service you provided in same day delivery AND removal as I negotiated both a new domain (property management), in a very difficult area of town, was extra-ordinary. I am glad to have the opportunity to tell this to you and your supervisor in writing. It wasn’t just “a box”, is wasn’t just “a job”–YOU made me feel like a personal client with a real issue and you went out of your way to solve/resolve it. Thank you!
In addition, I learned a lot. I probably ordered the “wrong box” with lack of information. In the future I am likely to order larger boxes and to understand the process of delivery, filling, pick up. This is because of how YOU communicated. While I know little about demolition, business, or any part of the construction industry—-I do have a Ph.D. in communication and have worked in the field of communication and human relations for over 30 years. You Communicate well and are a valuable asset to your company!
It gives me great pleasure to write this commendation of your work at the end of a long day “in the field!”

To Whom It May Concern,
On behalf of the City of Sebastopol Public Works Department, I would
like to take a moment to acknowledge the street sweeper operator in
He has always made himself available to perform additional sweeping
upon request as well as taking the time to address some of the more
visible areas that need to be cleaned more often.
It’s nice to know that we can trust your company to provide
professional staff that goes beyond their normal duties to provide a
great service to our community.
