Mixed Recycling, or Single-Stream Recycling is a way to save some money over getting a general garbage
box sent to the dump. Ordering a Mixed Recycling box is essentially placing a larger version of your
residential/commercial blue cart at your site. Anything that you can place in your blue cart, you can put
in this debris box. Items include glass bottles, cans, filler paper, cardboard, phone books, hard plastic
items, etc. Just be sure that the items aren't contaminated with food or hazardous waste or the box
will be reclassified as a garbage box and will incur higher costs. A full list of what can and can't go in the
Mixed Recycling boxes is here.
